The Carter Barron Stormwater Retrofit Project Area is a 30‐acre site located in northwest Washington, D.C. Nestled within Rock Creek Park, the site is home to the Carter Barron Amphitheatre and the Rock Creek Tennis Center and sits at the headwaters of the Blagden Run watershed, a sub‐watershed of Rock Creek. This training focuses on using the Stormwater Database in the submission process for DDOE review of Stormwater Management Plans (SWMPs), Soil Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) Plans, and Green Area Ratio (GAR) Plans, and for participation in the SRC and RiverSmart Rewards programs. Many communities also analyzed samples for filtered forms of the heavy metals. This database currently includes information for about 125 different stormwater quality constituents, although the current database is mostly populated with data from 35 of the commonly analyzed pollutants (as summarized later in Table 1).
